She actually responded to me (or at least one of her minions probably did):

As if the fact that the General was gracious to her excuses her poor performance in the slightest. I don't like to make these blanket comments...but she is truely the biggest idiot in the senate...she's almost Kucinich-like.

Although I lean right of center, I have to agree with the senator: she earned the title and deserves the respect. I don't necessarily think she had to outright tell him, but let's face it, a male senator would have never been called anything but Senator--not mister, sir, or anything other than his title by office.

I watched the clip three times and decided she was arrogant. It was almost as if she was trying to be-little him. I also watched a few clips where she addressed other Senators and even V.P. Presidential candidates with first name basis.
